Jr Solar Installer
We are currently seeking experienced Jr Solar Installers for residential projects to start immediately. This position is under the supervision of the Crew Lead and reports directly to the Lead Solar Foreman. Solar experience is needed for this position as well as a flexible schedule. As Jr Solar Installer you will assemble, install, and/or maintain solar photovoltaic systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and site plans, you will be an integral member of a crew installing solar arrays at residential customers’ homes. You will help ensure accurate and timely solar installations, and utilize best installation and safety practices. Must have a valid state driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Lead Solar Foreman
We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined individual to take charge of our solar installation team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation of residential and light commercial grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) systems in the field. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and collaborate with other crew members to ensure the successful installation of all components. You will be accountable for managing the entire installation process from start to finish, with the ultimate objective of achieving project completion safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the original plans, specifications and city codes. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to guide field personnel effectively. Your priority will be to ensure that the PV system is fully functional and meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Must have a valid state driver's license and have a clean driving record.
MPU Solar Electrician
The MPU Solar Electrician will perform main service panel upgrades along with monitoring electrical work on
PV installation jobs. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting solar system components for electrical errors, offering support to install teams, oversee electrical connection between solar system and the grid, battery installation assistance, communicate with different teams for necessary repairs, and more. Must have a valid state driver's license and have a clean driving record.
